JB's Barnyard ice cream is incredibly unique! Our ice cream is hand-crafted and locally made near Evansville, IN. JB's Barnyard goes beyond the industry standard by making our ice cream with a 16% butterfat (most ice cream is made with only a 12% - 14% butterfat). In addition to using a 16% butterfat, JB's Barnyard uses a clean label ice cream mix, made with only 7 simple ingredients.
