Do you have your organzations non-profit tax exempt letter ready to send to JB's Barnyard? JB's Barnyard will request this documentation during our first email response to you.

Do you understand all of the rules outlined in the fundraiser informational document (specifically that after delivery, your organization will need to coordinate when and where your customers can pick up their pints. Pints must be picked up from your organization. Pints sold during your fundraiser are not available for pick up at JB's Barnyard. The pints must remain frozen after delivery)?
