JB's Barnyard ice cream is incredibly unique!
Our ice cream is made locally near Evansville, IN on Jared and Briley's land. JB's Barnyard goes beyond the industry standard by making our ice cream with a 16% butterfat (most ice cream is made with only a 12% - 14% butterfat). In addition to using a 16% butterfat, JB's Barnyard uses a clean label ice cream mix, made with only 7 simple ingredients.
